- Exhibit booths are available in 3 sizes:
- 18 Square Meters (3m deep x 6m wide) - exclusively for Platinum, Silver and Gold Sponsors
- 9 Square Meters (3m deep x 3m wide) - Premium Exhibit Booth
- 6 Square Meters (2m deep x 3m wide) - Standard Exhibit Booth
- Exhibit booth spaces will be assigned approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference based on Sponsor level and first come-first served priority
- Exhibit booths will include a fixed back panel with short side panels - see Exhibitor Information for more details
- Additional items (e.g., plasma monitors, laptop computers, catering services etc.) for your exhibit booth are available for an additional cost - see Exhibitor Information for more details

Top level sponsors (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver and Gala Dinner) are given priority to participate in Track 3: Case Studies in XBRL as a premium sponsorship benefit to feature their actual working XBRL solutions in a case study format. Schedule permitting, these top level sponsors will be given 1 hour within which to present their XBRL case studies. There is no guarantee that non-sponsoring organziations will be able to participate in this track.
