- Please download a copy of the Order Form to order additional equipment for your exhibit booth
- Forms must be returned by email to the contact person indicated on the form
- Each exhibit booth includes 1 standard table (183.40 cm long x 76.50 cm wide), 2 chairs, and electricity socket (220V)
- Additional equipment costs beyond 1 standard table, 2 chairs and 1 electricity socket are NOT included in your exhibit booth price
- Signs are NOT included in your exhibit booth price
- Please download a copy of the Exhibit Hall Map to view the spaces available for each size of booth
- Each booth is assigned a booth number
- Exhibit booth numbers will be assigned to exhibitors approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference
- Booth assignments are based upon sponsorship level and then first come-first served priority (i.e., the first organization to purchase an exhibit booth will be the first to select a booth number for the size booth they purchased)
- XBRL International, Inc. reserves the right to modify the exhibit hall layout

Each booth structure consists of a solid back panel and 2 shorter solid side panels

Each booth includes 1 standard table (183,40 cm long x 76,50 cm wide), 2 chairs and 1 electricity socket (220V)

Exhibit booth does NOT include signs

Material: each booth structure is made of an aluminum frame with melamine wood fill panels
-
Dimensions: the dimensions for each booth structure are as follows:
- 18 square meter booth (for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors): 6 meters wide by 3 meters deep
- Back panel - 6 meters long x 2,40 meters high
- Side panels – 2 meters long x 1,50 meters high
- 9 square meter booth (Premium): 3 meters wide by 3 meters deep
- Back panel - 3 meters long x 2,40 meters high
- Side panels – 2 meters long x 1,50 meters high
- 6 square meter booth (Standard): 3 meters wide by 2 meters deep
- Back panel - 3 meters long x 2,40 meters high
- Side panels – 2 meters long x 1,50 meters high
- 18 square meter booth (for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors): 6 meters wide by 3 meters deep

Exhibit booths avilable in 3 sizes:
- 18 Square Meters (3m deep x 6m wide) - exclusively for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors
- 9 Square Meters (3m deep x 3m wide) - Premium Exhibit Booth
- 6 Square Meters (2m deep x 3m wide) - Standard Exhibit Booth

Exhibit booth assignments will be made approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference

Exhibit booth assignments are made based upon sponsorship level and first-come first served priority

Exhibit hall map layout is subject to change based upon space needs - notice will be made to all exhibitors prior to any change

Please schedule delivery of your exhibit booth to be delivered on either:
