About Sponsorship

The 19th XBRL International Conference offers sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities for all sizes of budgets, from luncheon and conference badge sponsorships to Premium (9 square meters) and Standard (6 square meters) exhibit booths, as well as Silver, Gold and Platinum sponsor levels. (See Exhibitor Information for more details.)

Please visit Sponsorship At-A-Glance for descriptions about our opportunities for sponsorship and exhibits.  To secure a sponsorship or exhibit opportunity, the process is simple:

• Exhibit Booths are available in 3 sizes:
  • 18 Square Meters (3m deep x 6m wide) - exclusively for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors
  • 9 Square Meters (3m deep x 3m wide) - Premium Exhibit Booth (4,000 Euro)
  • 6 Square Meters (2m deep x 3m wide) - Standard Exhibit Booth (2,500 Euro)
• Exhibit booth spaces will be assigned to sponsors and exhibitors approximately two weeks prior to the conference.
• Exhibit space and some sponsorship opportunities are limited – be sure to submit your online form as soon as possible
• A waiting list will be developed on a first-come-first-served basis for those exhibitor or sponsorship opportunities that have been previously filled or allocated
• All applications must be submitted through the online form
• Sponsorship and exhibitor prices are quoted in Euros
