TR1-01 Banque de France's Unified Financial Reporting System-SURFI

The French Banking Commission is in charge of collecting financial information from banks and other reproting institutions for the different needs within Banque de France (statistical and prudential mainly). Banque de France decided in 2005 to change his old reporting system, starting with new COREP and FINREP, building a new system using XBRL. In 2007 BdF decided to pursue and implement a completely new reporting system. The presentation will focus of the building of the new FINREP taxonomy, recently issued, as well as on the main characteristics of the IT project.
