Frequently Asked Questions

1. EXHIBIT SPACE ALLOCATION

Exhibit table space will be allocated by XBRL International on the basis, first, of level of sponsorship and, second, the date on which payment for the sponsorship is received by XBRL.

Platinum Sponsors will be given first consideration and may make requests for specific spots, although it may not be possible to fulfill these requests. After all Platinum Sponsors are accommodated, Gold Sponsors will be assigned locations; and after Gold Sponsors, Silver Sponsors will be allocated spots. When all of these sponsors have been accommodated, the remaining exhibit tables will be allocated to Expo Exhibitors.

Exhibit table space assignments will not be made until after Friday, April 18, 2008.

2. EXHIBIT SPACE

XBRL International will provide each exhibitor with a table, a table cloth and two chairs. Exhibit spaces will range from 9 square meters to 27 square meters in size, depending upon Sponsorship or Exhibitor levels. See Sponsor/Exhibitor Package for details. We suggest that companies exhibiting at the conference use a "pop-up" booth for the smaller 9 square meter space. Please contact the conference staff to select your exhibit space.

3. LOGOS

Sponsors logos to go on conference handouts and other printed material must be received by March 31, 2008. High resolution (300 dpi or higher) logos should sent in gif, jpg or pdf formats, as well as eps. Information about the specific Panatone colours would also be useful for the printing company.

Logos received after March 31, 2008 may not be printed on handout material.
