Mark Montoya

Mark Montoya is currently Senior Business Analyst of Data Strategy for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Division of Insurance and Research.  In this capacity, Mark is responsible for management awareness for data quality, management support for Meta data, management directives for data sharing, distribution and data standards.  Mark was one of the original founders of the Central Data Repository (CDR), an XBRL-based financial reporting collection system accessed and shared by the US Federal Reserve Board, the US Office of Comptroller of Currency and the US FDIC.  Since its inception, Mark has presented and shared lessons learned on implementing XBRL in large enterprise settings.  Mark has been involved with XBRL since 2001 and has extensive experience developing and implementing XBRL formulas.
