Director of Information Systems Development at the Securities Commission of Spain
Jose Manuel is a Telecommunication Engineer who graduated from Madrid Polytechnic University. He is currently working as Director of Information Systems Development at the Securities Commission of Spain (CNMV) and responsible for the Spanish National Numbering Agency as well as Chair of the XBRL Spain’s Technology Working Group.
Since 1991 he has been the Spanish delegate to the ISO TC/68 SC4 participating in the development and implementation of several standards related to the electronic data interchange and STP in the Financial Industry.
